I was appalled by the lack of basic amenities like coffee making facilities in my room. The hotel prioritized expensive drinks over essential comforts. I was frustrated by the high breakfast prices despite it being good, it felt unfair to charge so much for what should be included.

Culinary treasures at brunch
The hotel's unique art gallery showcasing local artists was a good surprise. Our brunch experience was really good, with fresh ingredients and a variety of delicious dishes that left us craving more.
Unfortunately, we faced a few hiccups . I was disheartened to find no ironing board available. The shower's slippery floor was concerning, particularly for those who might struggle with balance. The front desk staff's demeanor during checkout left something to be desired, which somewhat overshadowed our overall experience.

The Superior Queen Room was super comfortable and quiet. The bed and linens felt luxurious. I liked that the mini bar was stocked with a variety of drinks, though the prices are what you'd expect at a hotel. Oh, and the sliding bathroom door caught us off guard-definitely took a minute to figure that out! The room had a cool vibe with modern decor, and the overall cleanliness was on point.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The modern décor created a pleasant ambiance, though the loud lobby music was distracting during check-in. I'd highly recommend enjoying brunch at the onsite restaurant for a refined culinary experience.
